So the honest answer is “it depends on scope,”.. but that’s not a useful answer, so here are real dollar ranges from our projects across Atlantic and Cape May County over the last couple of years. (It’s important to remember these are simply ranges we see commonly, and the only way to receive a real number is to schedule a free estimate!)

Budget - Mid Range Bathroom Remodels

$15,000 – $25,000+ – At this price point, we pull-and-replace in the same footprint. New tile, new vanity, new fixtures, new toilet, new lighting, fresh paint. Stock or semi-custom vanity, standard tile selections, mid-tier fixtures. No layout changes. This is where most guest bath and smaller master bath remodels land.

High End Full Master Bathroom Remodels

$40,000–$50,000+. Now this is where it gets custom, including custom tile work, walk-in shower with frameless glass, double vanity with stone top, premium fixtures, updated lighting, upgraded flooring, possibly a soaking tub. Layout changes like relocating the shower or vanity are typical in this range. Most of our full master bath remodels fall into this tier.
