Over 60% of the housing stock in Ventnor City was built before 1960. A good chunk of it is pre-war — bungalows, capes, and ranches with galley kitchens, small bathrooms, and layouts that were designed for a completely different time. The bones on most of these homes are solid. The rest just needs to catch up.
