Do You Offer Financing?

Yes. We work with third-party home improvement financing partners that offer a range of loan options for qualifying homeowners, including promotional rate periods and fixed-term loans. Financing decisions are handled by the lender, not by us, so the approval process and terms are between you and them. We can walk you through the options during your estimate and help you understand what fits your project budget.

What Is Your Payment Schedule?

For most remodeling projects we use a milestone-based payment schedule. A typical structure is a deposit at contract signing, a draw at material delivery or demo start, a draw at rough-in completion, a draw at substantial completion, and a final payment after the walkthrough and punch list are done. We never ask for the full balance upfront, and the exact schedule is written into your contract so there are no surprises.

Can You Work Within A Fixed Budget?

Yes, and we actually recommend having a firm budget before we start scoping. If you tell us what you are comfortable spending, we will work backwards from there to design a scope that fits. Sometimes that means using semi-custom cabinets instead of full custom, or phasing the project into two parts, or recommending different materials that give you the look you want at a lower price point. What we will not do is quote you a low number upfront and then hit you with change orders once the walls are open.
