Give Your Home A Dream Makeover

Whole House Renovations in Egg Harbor Township & South Jersey

When you’re ready to renovate more than one room, you don’t need three different contractors and six different timelines. You need one crew that can handle remodeling kitchen, the bathrooms, the exterior, and everything in between — from demo day through final walkthrough.

Specializing In Large Scale Remodels

We take on full-house remodeling projects across Egg Harbor Township, the Atlantic County mainland, and the shore towns from Brigantine down to Wildwood. Founded in 2018 by Justin Ungaro — a remodeling specialist with over 20 years in the trade — we’ve built the company around exactly this kind of large-scale residential work.

If you’ve been thinking about doing the kitchen, master bath, and maybe the deck all at once, call us at (609) 640-6748. We’ll walk through the scope together before we ever quote a number.

What Are You Planning?

Types Of Whole House Renovations We Work On

A whole house renovation isn’t a loose term we throw around. It means we’re touching multiple major areas of your home in a single coordinated project. For most of our clients in Egg Harbor Township and the surrounding towns, that typically includes some combination of:

Multiple Renovations Done At Once:

Full gut and rebuild. New layout, cabinetry, countertops, appliances, flooring, lighting. This is usually the centerpiece of a whole-house project because it’s the highest-traffic room and the biggest single investment.

Walk-in showers with custom tile, double vanities, heated flooring, proper waterproofing. In shore-area homes especially, bathrooms take a beating from humidity, and most of the ones we tear out haven’t been touched since the house was built.

Guest baths, hall baths, powder rooms. When we’re already running plumbing and electrical for the master, it makes sense to knock these out at the same time.

Siding, windows, roofing coordination, front entry upgrades, and deck or porch builds. A lot of homeowners in Egg Harbor and Galloway are sitting in 1970s and 1980s ranches and colonials that haven’t had exterior work since the original build.

Removing walls between the kitchen, dining room, and living room to create the kind of open layout that modern families actually want. This requires structural assessment and proper header installation — it’s not a DIY project.

What's The Cost?

How Much Does A Whole House Renovation Cost?

We don’t dodge the cost question! Below is a rough estimate on what your cost’s may be when considering a whole-house remodel in South Jersey. Every project is different though so this pricing will differ depending on what you plan on doing. A 1970s ranch in Galloway with original everything is a different scope than a 2005 colonial in Northfield that just needs cosmetic updates.

The only way to get a real number is to have us walk through the house. Call (609) 640-6748 and we’ll schedule a free in-home estimate! If you’re remodel includes a home addition, please see our addition pricing guide in NJ.

Mid-Range Whole House Remodel

$150,000–$300,000. This covers a full kitchen remodel, two bathroom remodels, new flooring throughout, fresh paint, and some exterior work. You’re getting quality materials — think soft-close cabinetry, quartz countertops, porcelain tile — but not ultra-custom everything.

High-End Whole House Remodel

$300,000–$500,000+. This is where you’re doing custom cabinetry, premium appliances, large-format tile showers, hardwood flooring, structural changes like wall removals, and a full exterior facelift including siding, windows, and a new deck. Most of our shore-town projects in Ocean City, Margate, and Avalon fall into this range.

Is A Whole House Remodel Right For You?

Why Renovate Everything at Once?

The most common question we get from homeowners is whether it makes more sense to do one room at a time or tackle the whole house in a single project. Here’s the honest answer: if you can handle living through the construction (or staying somewhere else for a few weeks), doing it all at once is almost always the better play.

It costs less per room!

The timeline is shorter overall.

You avoid any patchwork finishes.

It's the best time to fix what's behind the walls.
