Our project manager meets you at the property. We walk through every room you're considering, talk about what's bothering you about the current space, and discuss budget ranges so nobody wastes time. This isn't a high-pressure sales pitch — it's a working conversation about what's realistic for your house and your budget.

Once we agree on the general direction, we nail down the scope in writing. What rooms are getting touched? What's the material spec? Are we doing structural changes? If the project needs architectural drawings — which most whole-house renovations do — we coordinate that. We also handle all permit applications with Egg Harbor Township or whichever municipality you're in.

We guide you through selections for cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, fixtures, and hardware. We work with suppliers across South Jersey and can point you toward options that look high-end without blowing the budget. We'll also flag lead times — some custom cabinetry runs 6–8 weeks, and we order that before demo starts so there's no gap in the schedule.

Demo comes first, then rough framing and structural work, then mechanical (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), then insulation and drywall, then finishes. Justin is on site daily managing the crew and subs. We keep you updated with regular progress communication — no radio silence for weeks at a time.

When construction wraps, we do a formal walkthrough together. Every door, every drawer pull, every grout line. If something isn't right, we fix it before we call the job done. We don't collect final payment until you're happy with the work!
